Prescription-led where it needs to be, relaxed everywhere else.
Every appointment starts with a proper consultation — medical history, what is bothering you, what is realistic. If a treatment will not give you what you are after, you will be told so. All injectables are administered by a qualified practitioner using products from regulated suppliers, and no prescription treatment is given without a face-to-face assessment first.

Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Not always. If you have had the treatment before and know what you want, book it directly. If it is your first time, or you are not sure what would suit you, book a consultation — the fee comes off your treatment if you book within 30 days.
Will it hurt?
Most treatments use a topical numbing cream and very fine needles. Lip filler is the one people find most uncomfortable, and even then it is a few minutes. Claire will talk you through what you will feel before starting.
How soon will I see results?
Filler and facials are immediate, though swelling settles over a few days. Anti-wrinkle treatment takes 10–14 days to fully develop. Skin boosters and microneedling build gradually over four to eight weeks.
What happens after I request an appointment?
Your request comes straight through to the clinic. Claire will contact you by email or phone to confirm the exact time, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is charged online.
Can I bring someone with me?
Ideally, no, unless there are special circumstances that need to be discussed first.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours if you need to move or cancel an appointment. Repeated late cancellations may mean a deposit is asked for on future bookings.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is free parking directly outside the clinic on Talisman Way.
Are the products prescription-only?
Some are. Anti-wrinkle treatments are prescription-only medicines and require a face-to-face consultation before they can be prescribed and administered. This is a legal requirement, not a formality.
